Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at virdeyskincare@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

Products can be returned or refunded within 30 days of purchase with authorization. 

If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 7 days for a full product replacement with authorization.

Virdey reserves the right to inspect the faulty product before exchanging or making a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to circumstances, which are out of our control such as weather.

We will refund return postage costs if:

  • an incorrect item is received
  • the item has arrived damaged (please provide photographic evidence and we will either send another item or issue a full refund)
  • The buyer pays for return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition)

If you’re not sure if the product is the right for your skin, you can always contact us before you purchase.  Or buy a sample so that you can try it before you purchase a larger size.

Proof of purchase is required to make a return.

Samples are not allowed to be returned.
