Our skin and hair care is made fresh to order. Our Artisans formulate in small batches. You are guaranteed a freshly made product. Most over the counter products contain large amounts of preservatives to allow for a long shelf life. Natural skincare products should be used up within 6-10 months after opening. Shampoo Bars and Butters can last longer since they do not contain water. If you find that your product has an unusual smell or if you see discoloration, do not be alarmed; please contact us at virdeyskincare@gmail.com, we are happy to assist you.

We encourage our clients to be consistent for at least 45 days with our products. Changes in skin happen over time. Skin takes time to regenerate. If you do notice an irritation, please discontinue use and quickly notify us at virdeyskincare@gmail.com.

30ml to 50ml generally lasts 30 to 45 days. Shampoo Bars and Conditioner Bars and Butter last approximately a 30 days.

We encourage you to store our fresh our products in a cool, stable environment in their original packaging and use within 6-10 months of opening. Beyond this, there is no special care needed. You are more than welcome to chill a lotion, it may extend the life of the product and feel nice and cool on the skin.

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Products can be returned or refunded within 30 days of purchase with authorization. If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 7 days for a full product replacement with authorization. Virdey reserves the right to inspect the faulty product before exchanging or making a refund.
